Mountain Dew Apple Cobbler*
So I have decided to start a blog! Hopefully I keep up with it! I plan on using it to gripe about life, and share life! A bit of both depending on the day and need!
So yesterday I decided to make this recipe. I know it sounds crazy, but give it a chance. I promise you will not be disappointed!
Mountain Dew Apple Cobbler!
You will need:
2 granny smith green apples
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 cup of mountain dew
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
First cut the apples into 8 slices and then peel the apples. Next sprinkle cinnamon on all of the apples and then roll each apple slice inside of a crescent roll piece. Place in a 13X9 glass pan. I made to rows of them and they cooked nicely that way. Make sure they are not to far from each other but they do not need to be touching. Then in a small pot bring the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar to a boil. Then poor over the crescent rolls (make sure and cover every single one and pour it all around). Finally pour the mountain dew around the edges of the pan. Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with vanilla bean ice cream!
Enjoy!

I’ve made this and while I’m not normally a fan of warm mush fruit this was great! Obviously blogging worked for you.
