Easter Bunny Cake

Made with boxed cake mix and even store-bought icing if you like, the magic is in the cute bunny shape and pretty decorations.  This recipe is so easy. Plus, kids love to help make it!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll need cake mix, decorations, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and make the cake according to package instructions.

Step 2. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans.

Step 3. Take the cakes out of the oven and set aside to cool completely.

Step 4. Cut the marshmallows at an angle and press the sticky sides into the pink sugar.

Step 5. Place the coconut in a zip-top bag with green food coloring and shake until coated.

Step 6. Remove from pans and cut one of the cakes to make two oval-shaped ears and one bow-tie piece.

Step 7. Place the cake on a cake board or large serving plate.

Step 8. Frost the cake, then decorate as shown, or however you like.

Step 9. Assemble the marshmallow petals into flowers and add them along with the “grass.”

Add candy eggs or other Easter candy if you wish, and enjoy!
